Having been directly involved in supporting the refit and delivery of an armoured vehicle fleet for Ukraine it was clear that the current project processes to support procurements of this type are inefficient in their use of resources for both customers and suppliers. Animus developed GO4 to save time, cost and improve performance through increased awareness.

The GO4 platform allows a user to search and procure parts using a Nato Stock Number (NSN) and then broadcast their needs for that part straight to their chosen suppliers. The parts ordering process is then handed over to the supplier to confirm or deny that they have the part. Once the part is delivered the user simply uses their smartphone to scan the part QR code and the part is added to the user's inventory. GO4 also has KANBAN, task lists, project calendars and instant messaging for groups or one on one inside your team or with suppliers.
